Speaking about the company’s decision during the alternate- quarter earnings call on October 8, Chief Operating Officer of TCS NG Subramaniam said that the mongrel model is the future of work.
He also said that the company would like to encourage all the TCS staff to take this occasion to come and visit the services and work out of services in a methodical manner.
Citing that working ever is an integral part of the operating model, the top superintendent said that the company is committed to a25/25 vision, where the company will have only 25 of workers working in services by 2025 and the rest 75 will work ever.
