Vedant Mode Climbs Rs 944.75 Crore from Investor Anchor in Front of IPO

Vedant Fashions on February 3 mobilized RS 944.75 Crore from 75 Investor Anchors, before the launch of the initial public offering.

The company said he had completed the allocation of 1,09.09,450 equity shares to anchor investors at Rs 866 per share, top price ribbons.

Investor Tents participating in the offer includes the Singapore Government, Singapore Monetary Authority, Fidelity Securities, Nomura, Wellington Trust Company, Ashoka Indian Opportunity Fund, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Amuny Fund, Carmignac Portfolio, Investment Pinebridge, Volrado Venture, Funds Opportunity for Indian Elara Opportunities, Morgan Stanley, Societe Generale and BNP Paribas Arbitrage.

SBI Mutual Funds, Axis Mutual Funds, Mutual Fund Boxes, Icici Prudential, Aditya Birla Sun Life, Icici Prudential Life Insurance, HDFC Life Insurance, DSP MF, Sundaram MF, Idfc MF, Motilal Oswal MF, ITPL Investco, Canara Robeco MF, Edelweiss MF, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, Mahindra Life Insurance Box and Bharti Axa Life Insurance also invests in the company through book anchors.

The company plans to collect RS 3,149.19 Crore through its public problems, which is fully an offer for sale by promoters and investors.

The price ribbon for offers is 824-866 per share. Offers will be opened on February 4 and will continue until 8 February 2022.

Vedant Fashions offers weddings and Indian celebrations used for men, women and children. It has a multi-brand product portfolio for all possible opportunities including Madavar, Twamev, Manthan, Mehey, and Mebaz.
