India is a part of me and I carry it with me wherever I go,” Google and Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai hasaid, as he entered the prestigious Padma Bhushan award from the Indian envoy to the US.ndian- American Mr Pichai was awarded the Padma Bhushan for 2022 in the Trade and Industry order. The Madurai- born Mr Pichai was named one of the 17 awardees before this time.

He entered India’s third-loftiest mercenary award in the presence of his close family members in San Francisco on FridayI’m deeply thankful to the Indian government and the people of India for this immense honour. It’s incredibly meaningful to be fete in this way by the country that shaped me,” 50- time-old Mr Pichai said while accepting the award from India’s Ambassador to the US, Taranjit Singh Sandhu.

I carry it with me wherever I go.( Unlike this beautiful award which I’ll keep nearly safe),” he said.I was fortunate to grow up in a family that cherished literacy and knowledge, with parents who offered a lot to make sure I had openings to explore my interests,” Mr Pichai said.

India’s Consul General in San Francisco, T V Nagendra Prasad, was also present during the eventMr Sandhu said that Mr Pichai represented the measureless possibilities of technology for metamorphosis.He has been making estimable sweats towards making digital tools, and chops accessible to across colorful parts of the society in different corridor of the globe,” he said.

On India taking over the G20 administration, Mr Pichai said” It’s an amazing occasion to make agreement on strengthening the global frugality by advancing an internet that’s open, connected, secure, and works for everyone. That is a thing we partake, and are committed to advancing with you.” India formally assumed the G20 Presidency on Thursday.I’m thankful for the occasion to do this work together and bring the benefits of technology to further people,” Mr Pichai said.

Google this time added 24 new languages to its restatement service using a new advancement in machine literacy. Eight of them are languages native to India.It means so important to see how people can pierce information and knowledge in their favored language, and see the world open up to them in new ways. That is why I continue to be so auspicious about technology, and why I believe India can and must continue to lead,” he added.
