Maruti Suzuki has launched the Alto K10 which is awaited in India. This is the new generation of Alto and Maruti Suzuki has begun to receive orders for cars with 11,000 RS payments. Maruti Suzuki has now announced the complete list of the new Alto K10. This is the details.
The new Alto K10 is available in seven different variants including standard, LXI, LXI (O), VXI, VXI (O), VX+ and VXI+ (O). There are six color options available with new models. Visually, the car looks very different from the existing Alto K10. It gets a new front grille that is installed lower and covers a much larger part than Alto’s face. The lamp field is also bigger and wrapped.
The back gets a new square tail lamp, which adds a sharp appearance to the car. The turn indicator is installed on the fender and is not in the ORVM.
The cabin also got a lot of changes. First of all, Maruti Suzuki has now added a completely black theme to the cabin. The dashboard gets a layered design. There is a touch screen infotainment floating in the middle. Maruti Suzuki did not announce the screen measurement. The middle console also looks premium with silver inserts on both sides. New steering wheels and new Alto K10 also get a semi-digital instrument cluster. The coating used in the car is also new and adds a fresh look to the cabin.
The new Alto K10 will offer a 1.0 liter gasoline engine that produces a maximum power of 66 bhp and a peak torque of 89 Nm. This engine is available at a five -speed manual and AMT or AGS transmission. Maruti Suzuki hasn’t offered a CNG variant with a new Alto but may come later on. With a manual variant, the new Alto K10 returns the maximum fuel efficiency of 24.99 km/hour.
The new Alto K10 is fully conceptualized, designed, and made in India on Suzuki platforms and drivetrain. Alto K10 is longer than before and also offers a longer wheelbase. It was translated to be the best in the back leg room for the passengers. The new car gets a 4.5 meter turning radius, which makes it very nimble.
The four Alto doors now get speakers while the infotainment system is compatible with Android Auto and Apple Carplay. The instrument cluster gets a digital speedometer. There are double airbags, ABS/EBD, rear parking assistance and more for driving free of stress and safe.
