New Delhi: Kissflow Inc., an Indian AS-A-Service software company, gave awards to five employees with BMW cars worth RS 1 Crore each. IT companies value senior management executives with new luxury cars that are magnificent to respect their loyalty and commitment.
Kissflow continues to hand over the ceremony below the wrap. According to a report by Ani, some BMW recipients were told only hours before they were handed over to the key.
CEO Kissflow Inc. Sambandam said that five employees were with him since the beginning of the company and lived with him during the trip.
Five BMW 530D cars rolled over one by one. Luxury cars marched parally along with family of each of five members, very happy with the staff gathered, Ani reported.
“The cars were for five people with me when I dug 100 feet for gold (preparing kissflow while others left the organization in the middle of the road),” Sambandam said.
Sambandam said some recipients of the car came from a humble background. He also showed that selected workers had undergone various challenges before joining Kissflow.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Kissflow, also has a fair share. At that time, investors even raised doubts if the company would work. “There are difficult times. Even during a pandemic, investors are not sure whether this company will maintain and build the future. Today we are very happy that we have repayed investors and now have become a private company fully owned,” he said.
While also responding to queries about what other employees will receive and say that the current events will inspire them. “We want to motivate them (to perform much better). We take care of our employees much better,” he was quoted as saying.
