Ritesh Suppose, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Softbank supports -Oo, obtained ₹ 5.6 Crore as compensation in the last fiscal year, an increase of 250 percent from the previous year, according to the company’s submission with the Sebi Market regulator on Monday.
The Global Hospitality Services Oyo platform submitted a new financial document to the red Herring Prospectus draft submitted to the Market Regulator Securities and the Indian Exchange Council, and now planning public problems early next year.
In submitting the regulation, the details show the company significantly cut the salary and bonus bonus costs, according to the company’s latest submission.
But CEO compensation jumped to ₹ 5.6 crore in the last fiscal year, Fy22, from ₹ 1.6 crore in the year before that. The salary is ₹ 21.5 LAKH for the 2020 fiscal year.
The submission also shows, the cost of employee stock options (esop) for the company rose 344 percent from ₹ 153 Crore in FY21 to ₹ 680 Crore in FY22 even when the company significantly reduced wage and bonus costs.
However, despite a significant increase in esopal costs, OYO personnel expenditure only increased by 7 percent because wage costs and bonuses decreased 27 percent.
