Method-2 Reset Amazon Password Without Using your Mobile Number or Email Address
To reset the Amazon account password:
- Go to amazon.com
- Click on the ‘Sign in’ button in the top-right corner.
- Click on ‘Need Help?’
- Then click on ‘Forgot your password?’
- Next, you will be asked to enter your mobile number or email address that is linked to your Amazon account, but if you don’t have access to any of the information, you simply have to click on the ‘Customer Service’ link given just below the ‘Continue’ option to get help to restore access to your account.
- On the next page, select the issue ‘My password isn’t working’ from the drop-down menu, and you will get some information. At the bottom of the page, you will also get the contacts numbers to connect with the Amazon Customer Service team that you can use as per the country you belong to:

- After connecting with the Amazon Customer Service team using the numbers, you have to explain to them the issue you are facing and answer the questions asked by them. Make sure to not give any false information as they could deny your password change request as well if you are not able to verify yourself or answer the questions asked by them.
- After verifying all the information, they will give you a temporary password using which you will be allowed to log in to your Amazon account. It is recommended to again change your password to keep your account secure.
