SML Isuzu shares received more than 18 percent of intraday on March 4 after the company decided to increase the price of its products.
The Isuzu SML has decided to increase the price of its products (in all models – trucks and buses) in the range of 3-4 percent, effective April 4, 2022, said in the release.
While the company takes action to absorb the effects of sharp gains in commodity prices and other input costs, the upward revision has been required to compensate for some of the impact of increasing costs, he added.
The company in March 2022 sold 1,363 units against 952 units in March 2021, growth of 43 percent.
At 12:42 hours the SML Isuzu quoted at Rs 672.70, up 83.35, or 14.14 percent in BSE.
This section touched the highest 52 weeks RS 842.80 and the lowest 52-week Rs 430.05 on November 11, 2021 and April 12, 2021, respectively.
At present, trading 20.18 percent below the highest 52 weeks and 56.42 percent above the lowest level of 52 weeks.
