Founder of Bharatpe Ashneer Grover on Tuesday claims that the Zomato online food delivery application shares will be ₹ 450 if it is combined with other Swiggy applications. Blinkit was previously known as Grofers. Ashneer Grover who founded the company in 2015.

The company board at the meeting approved the acquisition of up to 33,018 equity shares from the PVT Ltd Blink Commerce from its shareholders with a total purchase consideration of 4,447.48 Crore at a price of ₹ 13.45 LAKH per equity share, Zomato said in the submission of regulations.
