The top five Indian IT service companies – TCS, InfoSys, HCL Tech, Wipro and Tech Mahindra – will recruit a record of nearly 1.8 fiscal freshers, because companies around the world move to digital.
Companies employ more than 80,000 freshenses in the same period last year. This momentum is likely to continue next year too.
This increases recruitment comes behind a shear rate increase in these companies, when they compete to employ candidates from limited collections of talent available on the market. All of this resulted in a more fresh increase in recruitment by IT companies.
